Kids who are interested in joining our Youth Troupe are encouraged to attend one of our Open Days. Check our website and Instagram account, and sign up for the next Open Day!
What kind of kids are we looking for?
Youth Members may be invited to join the troupe based on their imagination; their ability to collaborate; the enthusiasm they show towards performing; their ability; and their stamina for long rehearsals.
If an invitation is accepted, Youth Troupe members must commit to attending a minimum of 7 monthly CSC Meetups.
Monthly Meetups generally take place on the second Saturday of each month from 1:00-3:00.
There is no cost to participate.
The CSC Youth Troupe is a group of kids ages 8 and up that helps to create and perform CSC original productions such as our Summer Shebang! and Creative Stage Spectacular! performances
CSC is a performing troupe—not an education program. While we believe all performers are lifelong learners, and love to watch our CSC Youth Troupe members grow through their experiences with CSC, we do not have a primarily educational mission.

CSC is comprised of a dazzling array of professional talent who collaborate with our Youth Troupe to create and perform our CSC performances.
At Monthly Meetups, youth and adults come together in the spirit of creative play. Through singing, dance, and theatrical improv games and exercises, we build skills and devise new material for upcoming shows. Everyone who is part of the CSC troupe is encouraged to take part in these free, multi-generational workshops led by industry experts.
If you are a professional actor, dancer, musician, theater tech, script writer, filmmaker—or any other professional working in the performing arts—and you are interested in joining the CSC team, we’d love to hear form you!
